How to find a missing Unit, Group, Event, or Announcement
Expected content appears only when both your membership and the content audience include you. Start by asking someone who should have the same access whether they can see the missing item.
A Unit is missing
Section titled “A Unit is missing”Ask a Unit Admin to confirm the email address on your Woggle account and the state of your Invite or join request.
The Unit should appear after the correct account has active membership.
A Group is missing
Section titled “A Group is missing”Ask a Unit Admin or Leader to confirm that the Group is active and that your membership or join request is approved.
If the Group roster does not include you, access to a Channel or Event tied to that Group may also be missing.
An Event is missing
Section titled “An Event is missing”Ask the creator to confirm whether the Event audience is the whole Unit or selected Groups. The Event will not appear when its selected Group audience does not include you.
Creators can review the audience in How to create an Event.
An Announcement is missing
Section titled “An Announcement is missing”Ask the author to confirm whether the Announcement audience is the whole Unit or selected Groups. Also check whether its Shown until date has passed.
An expired Announcement leaves the default list but may remain available through a direct link. Authors can review these choices in How to send an Announcement.
The problem is resolved when the relevant membership and audience both include you. If they already do, use How to troubleshoot Woggle to send Support the item type, Unit, expected audience, and what each eligible member sees.
