How to report content in Woggle
Use Report when a visible Channel message needs Woggle moderator review. Reporting does not remove the message from your screen or replace an urgent safety report.
1. Open the Channel message
Section titled “1. Open the Channel message”Open the Channel that contains the message. You must be able to view the message to report it.
Woggle’s in-app report action applies to Channel content. It is not a general report for a profile, account, or behavior outside a visible message.
2. Open the message actions
Section titled “2. Open the message actions”Press and hold the message to open its action menu. Select Report.
3. Confirm the report
Section titled “3. Confirm the report”Woggle asks, Report this message to moderators? Select Report to submit it or Cancel to return to the Channel.
After a successful submission, Woggle shows Message reported. If the message is no longer available or the report cannot be sent, Woggle explains that the report was not submitted.
4. Use the right follow-up path
Section titled “4. Use the right follow-up path”Woggle sends the report for moderator review. The released app does not provide an in-app Unit Admin review route for this report.
- For a routine product problem, use Woggle Support.
- For a child-safety concern, follow the Child Safety Standards reporting guidance.
- For your Unit’s required youth-protection response, follow the current process set by your organization or council.
Do not include passwords, active Invite links or codes, or unnecessary personal information about a child in a support message.
